Refunds & Returns
We want every sip to be magical. If something isn't right with your order, please let us know — we're a small family shop and we take every cup seriously.
Not happy with your drink?
Bring it back within 15 minutes of purchase and we'll happily remake it or refund you — whichever makes your day.
Wrong order?
Same-day mistakes are fully refundable or remakeable. Just show us your receipt.
Custom orders & catering
Deposits for catering and large custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup.
